Getting your studio online is the hard part. So we do it for you.

Whether you are opening your doors or moving off another tool, standing up a branded app, website, booking, and payments is the part that eats an owner alive. Step 01 · The kickoff call

We learn your studio, not a form you fill out.

We start with a conversation, not a setup wizard. On one call we learn your brand, your schedule, the plans and policies you want, and how you picture your members’ experience. Opening your first studio or moving from another tool, we meet you where you are. You talk; we take notes.

Step 02 · The build

We build the whole thing, so you never touch a spreadsheet.

We build your branded member app and website, wire up booking and check-in, and connect your own Stripe. Starting fresh, we set it all up from scratch. Coming from another tool, we also move your members, classes, and packages across, the part owners dread most. Either way, it is ours, not yours.

Step 03 · Your team gets confident

Your team learns it on real Tuesday-morning situations.

Before you go live, we walk your team through booking, check-in, payments, waivers, and messages, using the real situations they handle every week, not a generic demo. They finish knowing exactly what to tap when a member walks in.

This is where a self-serve tool leaves you on your own, and where Sodal actually begins. Hosting, updates, your website, SEO, and support are handled.
